The controller of personal data is the company Precise s.r.o., with its registered office at Mäsiarska 430/8, 040 01 Košice - Staré Mesto, Company ID 46221506, VAT ID SK2023290599, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Košice I, Section Sro, Insert No. 27917/V (hereinafter the "controller").

What data we process and why

Enquiry form

When you send us a free enquiry via the form, we process the data you provide in it: name, e-mail address, phone number, possibly company name and the content of your message (for example the type of event, number of guests, date and venue).

Purpose: handling your enquiry, preparing and sending a quote and mutual communication.
Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and preparing a quote (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and traffic measurement

The website uses essential cookies for its basic functionality (for example storing your choice in the consent bar and your draft enquiry in your browser). Based on your consent, we use the tool Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) for anonymous measurement of website traffic and to improve our content; the IP address is anonymised and data is retained for 14 months. Without your consent, no measurement takes place. You manage your consent via the consent bar on the website and can change or withdraw it at any time by clicking Cookie settings.

Marketing communication

If you give us separate consent, we process your e-mail address to send news, offers and invitations to events of the Precise Group brands (Precise Catering, La Hacienda, šum, Red Velvet Cakes, URBAN and others). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We use the processor Ecomail to send e-mails. Consent is voluntary, is not a condition of your enquiry and can be withdrawn at any time by unsubscribing in any e-mail or at info@precisecatering.sk. We process data for this purpose until consent is withdrawn.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to handle it and for subsequent communication, at most 3 months from the last communication, unless a contractual relationship arises in the meantime. If a contractual relationship arises, we keep the data for the period required by the applicable legislation, in particular accounting and tax law.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors that provide technical operations for us, and only to the extent necessary for the given purpose: the website hosting provider (Vercel), the provider of the database in which enquiries are stored (Supabase, EU), the provider of e-mail notification delivery (Resend) and, where marketing consent has been given, the newsletter provider (Ecomail). We have data processing agreements with our processors. If a processor processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is secured by standard contractual clauses under the GDPR.

Your rights

In relation to your personal data you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You can exercise your rights by e-mail at info@precisecatering.sk.

If you believe that the processing of your data has violated your rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava (dataprotection.gov.sk).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the effective date.
